The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility of offices for people with disabilities by identifying barriers, developing and implementing solutions, including:- review of procedures related to the operation and procedures related to the employment of persons with disabilities (task 1), – organisation of training on employing persons with disabilities for 900 employees of public administration offices, especially in ministries, central offices, voivodship offices, joint and non-complex administration offices in the voivodship. Projekt ma na celu poprawę dostępności urzędów dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez identyfikację barier, wypracowanie i wdrożenie rozwiązań, w tym:- przegląd procedur dotyczących obsługi i procedur dotyczących zatrudniania osób z niepełnosprawnościami (zadanie 1), - organizację szkoleń z zatrudniania osób z niepełnosprawnościami dla 900 pracowników urzędów administracji publicznej, zatrudnionych w szczególności w ministerstwach, urzędach centralnych, urzędach wojewódzkich, urzędach administracji zespolonej i niezespolonej w województwie. Uczestnikami szkolenia będą w szczególności pracownicy działów kadrowych oraz kierownicy komórek organizacyjnych (zadanie 2).Zakłada się, że w co najmniej 90% urzędów wdrożone zostaną rozwiązania ułatwiające obsługę osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz co najmniej 90% osób z grupy docelowej projektu podniesie swoje kompetencje z zakresu zatrudniania osób z niepełnosprawnościami.W ramach zadania 1 działaniem poprzedzającym diagnozę barier będzie przygotowanie do przeglądu procedur (w tym opracowanie założeń, przygotowanie urzędów). Po dokonanych przeglądach nastąpi wypracowanie i wdrożenie rozwiązań oraz opracowane zostaną materiały szkoleniowe dla szkoleń planowanych do realizacji w ramach zadania 2 we współpracy i w porozumieniu z MIiR/Radą Dostępności.Podczas szkoleń realizowanych w ramach zadania 2 zostaną wykorzystane różne metody szkoleniowe. Programy szkoleniowe będą obejmować zarówno część wykładową, jak i warsztaty praktyczne. W trakcie szkolenia uczestnicy podniosą swoje kompetencje w zakresie stosowania różnych rozwiązań eliminujących bariery w dostępie do zatrudnienia osób z niepełnosprawnościami m.in. przygotowywania i upowszechniania ogłoszeń o naborze, przeprowadzania rozmów kwalifikacyjnych, przygotowania stanowiska pracy z uwzględnieniem różnych potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Za rekrutację urzędów do udziału w projekcie odpowiedzialny będzie Wykonawca, we współpracy z Wnioskodawcą.
