Increasing the educational potential of Collegium Da Vinci as an opportunity for socio-economic development of the region is a project planned to be implemented by the Poznań private higher school – Collegium Da Vinci – in the period from August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2023, entirely within the country. Comprehensive activities consisting of: 1. the development of education programmes and the implementation of teaching courses on improved courses of first-cycle studies with the participation of practitioners: Consulting and Coaching and Creative Management, 2. implementation of teaching classes with the participation of managers on the new module: The Academy of Managers 2. raising the competences of first and second grade students relevant to employers through training tailored to the needs of the market (professional, communication, entrepreneurship, information, analytical), 3. Building IT tools for university management and 4. acquisition of skills by teaching staff (editorial, IT and language skills) and management staff (management and IT skills). Modules 1, 2 and 6 (KD 11) are implemented within the project. Participants of the project will be students of courses run by basic organizational units of universities and employees of these units. Target group of 1,700 people. (1020K/680M), including 1 604 (962K/642M) students of improved fields of study and students raising their competences as well as 96 people.     Zwiększenie potencjału edukacyjnego Collegium Da Vinci szansą na rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy regionu to projekt zaplanowany do realizacji przez poznańską niepubliczną szkołę wyższą - Collegium Da Vinci - w okresie od 1 sierpnia 2019 roku do 31 lipca 2023 roku, w całości na terenie kraju. Założono kompleksowe działania polegające na:1. opracowaniu programów kształcenia i realizacji zajęć dydaktycznych na udoskonalonych kierunkach studiów I stopnia z udziałem praktyków: Doradztwo i Coaching oraz Zarządzanie kreatywne, 2. realizacji zajęć dydaktycznych z udziałem menedżerów na nowym module: Akademia menedżera 2. podnoszeniu istotnych dla pracodawców kompetencji studentów I i II stopnia poprzez dostosowane do potrzeb rynkowych szkolenia (kompetencje zawodowe, komunikacyjne, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, inform., analityczne), 3. Budowie narzędzi informatycznych zarządzania uczelnią oraz 4. nabyciu umiejętności przez kadrę dydaktyczną (umiejętności dydaktyczne, informatyczne i językowe) i kadrę zarządzającą (umiejętności zarządcze i informatyczne). W ramach projektu realizowane są moduły 1, 2 i 6 (KD 11). Uczestnikami projektu będą studenci kierunków prowadzonych przez podstawowe jednostki organizacyjne uczelni oraz pracownicy tych jednostek. Grupa docelowa 1 700 os. (1020K/680M), w tym 1 604 (962K/642M) studentów udoskonalonych kierunków studiów oraz studentów podnoszących swoje kompetencje a także 96 os. (58K/38M) kadry dydaktycznej, zarządzającej i administracyjnej uczestniczącej w szkoleniach. Celem projektu jest więc rozwój potencjału uczelni poprzez podniesienie jakości kształcenia. Zaplanowane rezultaty to liczba nowych programów kształcenia, liczba studentów, którzy ukończyli kształcenie, liczba studentów, którzy podnieśli swoje kompetencje i uzyskali kwalifikacje, kadry uczelni, które nabyły umiejętności dydaktyczne i zarządcze.
