The project(s) is to increase the participation of vocational, communication, analytic, entrepreneurship in 450 students/tek(ST) from the University of Education and Management(Weiz) and Right(WP) UwB up to the end of 07.2020 y. and employment or continuation of education 180 absol. from that group.The main results of the project were included in the indices:number of persons who have raised K within the activities of the university(s) 2017/18-1 edition of the project; 2018/19-2 edition of the project; 2019/20-3rd edition of the project.The tasks in the project concern: Workshop classes;Certyf. School, Work Project. with representatives of employers.Students participating in the project will participate in all forms of support/tasks provided therein.As a result of the project, students will gain a new, unforeseen program of the study.     Celem gł.proj.jest podniesienie kompetencji(K) zawodowych,komunikacyjnych,informatycznych,analitycznych,przedsiębiorczości 450 studentów/tek(ST) z Wydz:Ekonomia i Zarządzanie(WEiZ) oraz Prawo(WP) UwB do końca 07.2020r.oraz zatrudnienie lub kontynuacja kształcenia 180 absol.z tej grupy.Główne rezultaty proj.zostały zawarte we wskaźnikach:Liczba osób,które podniosły K w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFSLiczba absolwentów(stanowiących odsetek 40% absolwentów uczelni objętych wsparciem w projekcie) WEiZ i WP objetych wsparciem w projekcie,którzy kontynuowali kształcenie(na studiachI,IIlubIIIstopnia lub podjęli zatrudnienie w ciąg 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia - wskaźnik rezult długoterminowyLiczba ST WEiZ i WP, którzy podniośli K informatyczne (KI), zawodowe (KZ), przedsiebiorczości (KP), językowe (KJ) w ramach udziału w Certyfikowanych Szkoleniach do końca 2020 roku - projektowy wskaźnik rezultatuLiczba ST WEiZ i WP, którzy podniośli K komunikacyjne(KIK, zawodowe(KZ), informatyczne (KI) w ramach udziału w Zajęciach Warsztatowych (ZW) do końca 2020 roku- projektowy wskaźnik rezultatuLiczba ST WEiZ i WP, którzy podniośli K zawodowe(KZ),analitycznych(KA) i pracy w grupie(PwG) w ramach udziału w Pracach Projektowych(PP) do końca 2020 roku- projektowy wskaźnik rezultatuGD projektu jest 450 ST UwB dwóch ostatnich semestrów studiów I i II st. i jednolitych studiów mgr w roku akadem. 2017/18-1 edycja proj.; 2018/19-2 edycja proj.; 2019/20-3 edycja proj.Zadania w proj. dotyczą:Zajęć Warsztatowych;Certyf.Szkol, Prac Projekt. z przedstawicielami pracodawców.Studenci uczestniczący w projekcie będą brali udział we wszystkich formach wsparcia/zadaniach w nim przewidzianych.W efekcie realizacji projektu studenci zdobędą nowe,nieprzewidziane programem stud. komp. oczekiwane od kandydatków do pracy przez pracodawców.Projekt opiera się na współpracy z pracodawcami, z którymi UwB prowadzi długoterminową(sformalizowaną i ponad 12 mies.)współpracę jak też z nowymi pracodawcami (Polish)
