The main objective of the project is to increase the professional competences necessary for the labour market of 202 people (47 women; 155 Men) educated at the Social Academy of Sciences during the last four semesters of studies in the following fields: (1) National security I degree: 110 persons (30K, 80M); (2) Computer science I degree: 68 persons (13K, 55M); Step II: 24 people (4K, 20M), resulting in employment of 45 % of these people. The following will be implemented: individual Competence Balances, certified trainings and workshops, additional activities with employers, study visits and additional practical tasks in the project form in the period from 02.01.2017 to 30.09.2019. It is ensured that employment is taken up or continued in the second degree (within 6 months of completion of education) by at least 45 % of those participating in the project, at least 91 people (21K, 70M). For 110 (30K, 80M) students and first-degree students National Security provided support with Competence balances (introductory and final examination), certified trainings educating professional competences, additional activities with employers and study visits to employers, Themes of training and classes: Information security management, Security of mass events, Practical shooting. For 92 (17K, 75M) students and students of the first and second degree of computer science were provided support with Competence balances (preliminary and final examination), certified workshops educating professional competences, additional occupations with employers and additional practical tasks in the design form. Topics of workshops and classes: for the first degree – Programming business applications, for the second degree – Advanced programming of business logic and graphics in application applications.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 202 osób (47 Kobiet; 155 Mężczyzn) kształcących się w Społecznej Akademii Nauk na czterech ostatnich semestrach studiów na kierunkach: (1) Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe I stopień: 110 osób (30K, 80M); (2) Informatyka I stopień: 68 osób (13K, 55M); II stopień: 24 osoby (4K, 20M), skutkujące zatrudnieniem 45% tych osób. Realizowane będą: indywidualne Bilanse Kompetencji, certyfikowane szkolenia i zajęcia warsztatowe, zajęcia dodatkowe z pracodawcami, wizyty studyjne i dodatkowe zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej w okresie od 02.01.2017r. do 30.09.2019r. Zapewnia się podjęcie zatrudnienia lub kontynuowanie studiów na II stopniu (w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia) przez min 45% osób uczestniczących w projekcie, min. 91 osób (21K, 70M). Dla 110 (30K, 80M) studentek i studentów I stopnia kierunku Bezpieczeństwo Narodowe zapewniono wsparcie Bilansami Kompetencji (badanie wstępne i końcowe), certyfikowane szkolenia kształcącym kompetencje zawodowe, dodatkowe zajęcia z pracodawcami i wizyta studyjne u pracodawców, Tematyka szkoleń i zajęć: Zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem informacji, Zabezpieczenie imprez masowych, Praktyczne strzelanie. Dla 92 (17K, 75M) studentek i studentów I i II stopnia kierunku Informatyka zapewniono wsparcie Bilansami Kompetencji (badanie wstępne i końcowe), certyfikowane warsztaty kształcące kompetencje zawodowe, dodatkowe zajęciom z pracodawcami i dodatkowe zadania praktyczne w formie projektowej. Tematyka warsztatów i zajęć: dla I stopnia - Programowanie aplikacji biznesowych, dla II stopnia - Zaawansowane programowanie logiki biznesowej i grafiki w aplikacjach użytkowych. (Polish)
