The subject of the project is to develop in cooperation with schools conducting vocational training, ckp or CKZiU as well as employers and other entities of the socio-economic environment, model programmes for the implementation of practical training in the mining and steel industry. The models will include, among others, content of teaching and variants of implementation of NSAs and principles of ensuring the quality of practical training. The subject of the project will also be carried out in accordance with the rules of the competition for piloting the developed models. The project also provides for the development of cost-intensive education in professions included in a given industry and recommendations for changes in education law. In order to ensure high-quality solutions and improve the effectiveness of vocational training, a Stakeholder Dialogue is also planned. The project also provides for the creation and maintenance of a platform for remote communication of stakeholders, i.e. a project team, which will improve communication between people employed to perform specific tasks. The project will be implemented in partnership. The applicant and Partners have stable financial situation, appropriate experience, technical background and staff capacity, which guarantees the correct implementation of the project. The added value of the project is the fact that institutions involved in its implementation, due to the profile of their activities, know the problems of the labour market in the sector, including the expectations of employers and the main barriers faced by schools. The implementation of the project will contribute to adapting vocational education and training to the needs of the labour market by involving employers’ representatives at all stages of its programming. The project’s products to the schools of the mining and steel industry will allow to prepare pupils of public vocational schools for the efficient execution of the learned profession. (English)

Opracowane modele zawierać będą m.in. treści nauczania i warianty realizacji pnz oraz zasady zapewniania jakości kształcenia praktycznego. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w partnerstwie. (Polish)
