The project relates to the profession of the tourist and tourist accommodation group:hotel techniques and the development and dissemination of an exemplary curriculum for the above mentioned profession in higher education, vocational schools, employers and associations of enterprises and other stakeholders such as lead authorities, parents, professional counsellors, teachers, the labour market.The project will be developed and disseminated:an example of a training organisation for the EU, taking into account the cooperation of vocational and higher education institutions, an example of a programme for the improvement of vocational training.The programme places particular emphasis on the familiarisation of the U and N to new techniques/technologies and to the processes/procedures used in the industry.This means that innovative tools must be developed and adapted to the content of the teaching methods used.The project shall take into account the pilot implementation of exemplary school solutions through the creation of an umbrella class.The project will be carried out in accordance with EU rules, including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination on the basis of the principles of non-discrimination between women and men.The project is an innovative action, which will include experts from various scientific fields, N, U and, in particular, representatives of business and employers’ associations and representatives of employers’ associations.Thanks to the use of modern technologies, the results of the project will be able to be used on a country-wide basis and cooperation in the form of an institutionalised network will be developed by joining up new businesses, schools and other stakeholders.These actions aim at increasing the quality of vocational training for the Polish economy by providing highly specialised staff and increasing permeability/cooperation:vocational training, higher education and industrial employers’ groups.     Projekt dotyczy zawodu grupy branżowej hotelarsko-turystycznej: technik hotelarstwa i obejmuje wypracowanie i upowszechnienie przykładowego programu nauczania dla ww. zawodu przy współpracy szkół wyższych, szkół zawodowych, pracodawców zatrudniających w zawodach branży i stowarzyszeń przedsiębiorstw oraz innych interesariuszy ,takich jak organy prowadzące, rodzice, doradcy zawodowi, nauczyciele, inst. rynku pracy. W projekcie zostaną opracowane i upowszechnione: przykładowa organizacja zajęć dla U uwzględniająca współpracę szkół zawodowych i szkół wyższych, przykładowy program doskonalenia N kształcenia zawodowego. Program kładzie szczególny nacisk na zapoznanie U i N z nowymi technikami/technologiami oraz procesami/procedurami stosowanymi w branży. Oznacza to konieczność wypracowania innowacyjnych narzędzi dydaktycznych oraz odpowiedniego do przekazywanych treści stosowanych metod dydaktycznych. W ramach projektu uwzględnia się pilotażowe wdrożenie przykładowych rozwiązań w szkole poprzez utworzenie klasy patronackiej. Projekt będzie prowadzony zgodnie z zasadami unijnymi, w tym z przestrzeganiem równości szans i niedyskryminacji ON, kobiet i mężczyzn. Projekt jest działaniem innowacyjnym, a którego realizację włączeni zostaną m.in. eksperci z różnych dziedzin naukowych, N, U, a przede wszystkich przedstawiciele praktyki i pracownicy przedsiębiorstw oraz przedstawiciele stowarzyszeń pracodawców. Dzięki wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych technologii rezultaty projektu będą mogły być wykorzystywane w skali ogólnokrajowej, a nawiązana współpraca w formie zinstytucjonalizowanej sieci będzie rozwijana poprzez dołączanie do niej nowych przedsiębiorstw, szkół i innych interesariuszy. Powyższe działania mają na celu wzrost jakości kształcenia zawodowego na potrzeby polskiej gospodarki poprzez zapewnienie wysokospecjalistycznych kadr oraz zwiększenie przenikalności/współpracy systemów: kształcenia zawodowego, szkolnictwa wyższego i grupy pracodawców z branży.
