Celem gł proj.„Geokompetencje-człowiek, środowisko, gospodarka, rozwój” jest podniesienie kompetencji informatycznych, komunikacyjnych i zawodowych studentów ostatnich dwóch semestrów studentów I i II stopnia kierunków prowadzonych przez WNoZi (Turystyka i rekreacja, Geografia, Geoinformacja środowiskowa i Studia Miejskie). Łącznie w latach 2016-2018 wsparciem objętych zostanie 110 studentów. Uczestnicy projektu podniosą swoje kompetencje informat., komunik.i zawodowe, a więc kluczowe dla potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa. Projekt obejmuje realizację szkoleń certyfikowanych i warsztatów, prac projektowych, współpracę z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz współpracę z podmiotami zagranicznymi. Komp. zawodowe podnoszone będą przede wszystkim w zad. 1, jak również w pozostałych dwóch zadaniach. Warsztaty zawodowe prowadzone przez specjalistów i zakończone będą otrzymaniem certy. poświadczającego nabyte kompetencje zawodowe. Zad. 2 „Prace projektowe” obejmuje realizację dodatk. zadań dla studentów w formie pracy w zespołach projekt.. Podniesienie kompetencji komunik. realizowane będzie poprzez zad. 1 – warsztaty z zakresu języka polskiego. Komp. obejmujące umiejętność pracy w zespole realizowana będzie przez zad. 1 i zad. 2, a umiejętność pracy w zespole międzyn. realizowana będzie poprzez zad. 3. Wybór grupy docelowej wynika z analiz odpowiednich dokumentów, które wskazują, że dla woj.kuj.-pom. w najbliższych latach kluczowym sektorem będzie m.in. turystyka; a w skali Polski i Europy poszukiwani będą specjal. z branży geoinformatyki (Analiza:45). 	The objective was to improve the competences of the students of the last two semesters of students I and II courses led by WNozi (Tourism and Leisure, Geography, Geography, Geography and Urban Studies).In total, 110 students will be supported in 2016-2018.The participants in the project will increase the competences of the IT, the KPC and therefore key to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society.The project involves training of certified and workshop training, project work, cooperation with the socio-economic environment and cooperation with foreign entities.Professional circles will mainly be raised in the event.1 as well as in the other two tasks.Professional workshops run by specialists and will be completed by a certified professional competence certifying the acquired professional competence.Task2 “Project work” includes the implementation of additional tasks for students in the form of work in project teams.The increase of the powers of the Communists will be exercised by the sign.1 — Polish language workshop.The kommission, including the ability to work in a team, will be done by the valve.1 and D.2 and the ability to work across the team will be done by the sign.3.The selection of the target group is the result of an analysis of the relevant documents which indicate that, for war, tourism will be a key sector in the coming years;as far as Poland and Europe are concerned, the geoinformatics sector is sought or will be sought (Study: 45).
