The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the intervening district.The main result of the project will be the employment of 54 persons registered at the County Labour Office in the Inter-West. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are assigned to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the mitigation, predisposition and professional difficulties of the participant concerned. On this basis, the District Labour Office in the Inter-West will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT MIĘDZYCHODZKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MIĘDZYCHODZIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie międzychodzkim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 54 osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Międzychodzie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umijętności, predyspozycji i trudności zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Międzychodzie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
