The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Gniezno County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by a minimum: 17 % of participants with disabilities, 35 % of long-term unemployed participants, 36 % of low-skilled participants and 43 % of participants not eligible for any of the above groups. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT GNIEŹNIEŃSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GNIEŹNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie gnieźnieńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum: 17% uczestników projektu niepełnosprawnych, 35% uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz przez 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
