| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Gniezno.The main output of the project will be to take up employment with a minimum of:17 % of disabled participants, 35 % of long-term unemployed, 36 % of low-skilled participants and 43 % of participants not eligible for any of these groups.The project will support persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT GNIEŹNIEŃSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GNIEŹNIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie gnieźnieńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum: 17% uczestników projektu niepełnosprawnych, 35% uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz przez 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych grup. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
