Dual studies will be carried out for 8 EiT students and 8 students in Mechatronics, whose recruitment takes place during the second semester of standard studies. Studia dualne będą realizowane dla8 studentów na kierunku EiT oraz 8 studentów na kierunku Mechatronika, których rekrutacja odbywa sięna drugim semestrze na studiach standardowych. Zmodyfikowane programy studiów dualnych będą zawierały wszystkie efekty kształcenia przewidziane w programach studiów standardowychoraz moduły kształcenia jak programy studiów standardowych, ale ze zmniejszoną liczbą godzin zajęć o charakterze praktycznym odbywanych w Uczelni.Uruchomienie i realizacja studiów dualnychnastąpi w oparciu o opracowane programy kształcenia, aw ramach projektu zostaną podjęte działania dlazmniejszenia barier równościowych szans kobiet i mężczyzn, na które napotykają uczestnicy projektu, a takżeobniżające bariery utrudniające udział w projekcie osobom z niepełnosprawnościami.Zostaną podjęte działaniana kierunkach EiT oraz Mechatronika:1. Opracowanie ramowych planów studiów wraz z sylabusami i realizacja programów kształcenia na studiach dualnych na kierunku EiT.2. Opracowanie ramowych planów studiów wraz z sylabusami i realizacja programów kształcenia na studiach dualnych na kierunku Mechatronika.3. Zatrudnienie 2 specjalistów z zewnątrz do prowadzenia zajęć na studiach dualnych na kierunkach EiT oraz Mechatronika.4. Opracowanie harmonogramów, ramowych planów stażyi realizacja programów stażowych u pracodawców dla studentówstudiów dualnychna kierunkach :EiT oraz Mechatronika5. Wypłata 16 studentomstypendiówza realizacjęprogramu stażowego.6.Ustalenie listy opiekunów stażystów, ze strony pracodawców, u których studenci odbywają staże i wypłatawynagrodzeń dla opiekunówstaży.7. Przeprowadzenie 4 certyfikowanych szkoleń i kursów, kształcących kompetencje szczególnie przydatne przyszłym pracownikom.8.
