Fair Among the Nations as a timeless example of attitudes – training for young people in the field of social competence is a project aimed at educating among young people skills in communication, co-operation, critical and creative thinking, as well as problem-solving skills.The project will run from May 2017 to June 2018.40 high school students from all over Poland will participate in 4 weekend conventions held at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. The project will be divided into 4 tasks: Convention 1 – a module of classes in the field of WWII history and methodology of educational projects, Zjazd 2 – a module of classes in the field of oral history, the role of memorial sites and the use of innovative methods in education, Zjazd 3 – a module devoted to shaping attitudes on the example of Righteous Among the Nations and the 4 Congress – seminar summarising the project, presentation of the results of the participants’ research, meeting with the Survivor. During the innovative workshops conducted by academic staff of the Jagiellonian University and representatives of the Partner, young people will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the topic of Righteous Among the Nations, the history of the Second World War and acquire unique competences.The project will deepen the curiosity of the world and encourage them to further deepen knowledge in this area.Young people during the entire project will search for heroes in their local communities, and the results of their research will be presented during the seminar. Sprawiedliwi Wśród Narodów Świata jako ponadczasowy wzór postaw - szkolenia dla młodzieży z zakresu kompetencji społecznych jest projektem mającym na celu kształcenie wśród młodzieży kompetencji z zakresu komunikowania się,współpracy,myślenia krytycznego oraz kreatywnego,a także umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów.Projekt będzie trwał od maja 2017 r. do czerwca 2018 r.40 uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych z całej Polski będzie uczestniczyło w 4 weekendowych zjazdach odbywających się na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim w Krakowie (Katedra UNESCO ds. Edukacji o Holokauście) oraz w Mieście Oświęcim (Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna w Oświęcimiu - Galeria Książki). Projekt będzie podzielony na 4 zadania: Zjazd 1 - moduł zajęć z zakresu historii II WŚ oraz metodologii projektów edukacyjnych, Zjazd 2 - moduł zajęć z zakresu historii mówionej, roli miejsc pamięci i wykorzystania innowacyjnych metod w edukacji, Zjazd 3 - moduł poświęcony kształtowaniu postaw na przykładzie Sprawiedliwych Wśród Narodów Świata oraz Zjazd 4 - seminarium podsumowujące projekt, prezentacja wyników badań uczestników, spotkanie z Ocalonym. W czasie trwania innowacyjnych warsztatów prowadzonych przez kadrę akademicką UJ oraz przedstawicieli Partnera młodzież będzie miała okazję zapoznać się z tematyką Sprawiedliwych Wśród Narodów Świata, historią II Wojny Światowej oraz nabyć unikalne kompetencje.Projekt pogłębi wśród uczestników ciekawość świata oraz zachęci ich do dalszego zgłębiania wiedzy w tym zakresie.Młodzież w czasie całości trwania projektu będzie poszukiwała bohaterów w swoich lokalnych społecznościach, a wyniki swoich badań zaprezentuje w czasie seminarium podsumowującego projekt.Głównym rezultatem projektu będą innowacyjne moduły kształcenia,które nastepnie będą szeroko dystrybuowane wśród organizacji współpracujących z Kat.
