Support shall be provided to 40 participants aged 15-29 and included in the NEET group, i.e. persons who do not participate in formal education at a fixed time and not train, residing in the Pomorskie Province.Support will only be given to inactive persons (exclusion of unemployed persons) — Each participant has received the following support within 4 months of entering into.identification of needs and remoteness from the labour market, IPD.The applicant shall also provide psychological support to assist in the handling of personal life changes.25 participants have the opportunity to benefit from vocational training, which is in line with individual needs, but also with the needs of key industries for the development of the Pomorskie region.The applicant has prepared the offer of traineeships to be offered to the 30 participants.The participant may take part both in the training course and in the traineeship or in one of these forms of support, depending on the individual needs identified in advance.The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 40-29-year-olds in a NEET situation with education of no higher than average resident attainment over the age of 15-s.This objective will be achieved within a period of 17 months.(by the end of 09 '17) by means of individual and comprehensive activation of active and educational activities.Main results of prop.40 participants will gain knowledge of their potential and will raise awareness of the need for improvement.The 40 participants will acquire knowledge of the market on the market.25 participants will increase their professional qualifications through vocational training.30 participants will be allowed to acquire their experience.     Wsparcie w proj. kierowane jest do 40 uczestników w wieku 15-29l., zaliczanych do grupy NEET, tj. do osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu formalnym w trybie stacjonarnym i nie szkolą się, zamieszkujących pow. kwidzyński w woj. pomorskim. Wsparcie obejmie wyłącznie osoby bierne zawodowo (wyłączenie z proj. osób bezrobotnych) Każdy z uczestników w ciągu 4 m-cy od przystąpienia do proj. otrzymuje następujące wsparcie: identyfikacja potrzeb i oddalenia od rynku pracy, IPD. Wnioskodawca zapewnia także wsparcie psychologiczne pomagające w procesie dochodzenia do zmian w życiu osobistym. 25 uczestników proj. ma możliwość skorzystania ze szkolenia zawodowego, zgodnego z indywidualnymi potrzebami, ale także z potrzebami kluczowych branż dla rozwoju woj. pomorskiego. Wnioskodawca przygotował ofertę staży zawodowych, które będą proponowane dla 30 uczestników proj. Uczestnik może wziąć udział zarówno w szkoleniu jak i stażu zawod. lub też jednej z tych form wsparcia, w zależności od indywidualnych wcześniej zdiagnozowanych potrzeb. Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie szans na znalezienie zatrudnienia przez 40 uczestników proj. w wieku 15-29lat zaliczanych do grupy NEET, z wykształceniem nie wyższym niż średnie, zamieszkujących pow. kwidzyński. Cel ten osiągniemy w okresie 17m-cy realizacji proj. (do końca 09'17r.) poprzez indywidualne i kompleksowe działania aktywizacji edukacyjno–zawod. Główne rezultaty proj. 40 uczestników uzyska wiedzę nt. swojego potencjału zawod. i podniesie wiedzę nt. potrzeb doskonalenia zawod. 40 uczestników uzyska wiedzę nt poruszania się po rynku pr. 25 uczestnikom umożliwiamy podniesie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez udział w szkoleniach zawodowych. 30 uczestnikom umożliwiamy nabycie doświadczenia zawod. poprzez udział w stażach zawod.
