Celem projektu jest wsparcie organów prowadzących w przygotowaniu 20 szkół/placówek (po 5 w każdym regionie) do operacyjnego prowadzenia (przygotowanie do pełnienia roli i uruchomienie) Lokalnych Ośrodków Wiedzy i Edukacji (LOWE) poprzez podniesienie wiedzy i kwalifikacji kadry do wdrażania misji mającej na celu aktywizowanie dorosłych i społeczności lokalnych z utrudnionym dostępem do dobrej jakości ofert w kierunku rozwoju umiejętności stanowiących podstawę dla uczenia się przez całe życie tj. kluczowych kompetencji potrzebnych do poruszania się na rynku pracy, rozwoju wspólnot i rozwoju osobistego na terenie czterech województw: pomorskiego, warmińsko-mazurskiego, podlaskiego i mazowieckiego w terminie do 31.12.2021r.Rezultaty:L. szkół pełniących rolę Lokalnego Ośrodka Wiedzy i Edukacji po opuszczeniu programu, w tym liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami-20L. os (kadra) przygotowanych do prowadzenia edukacji w nowych LOWE-140Produkty:L. os objętych szkoleniami / doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych-540L. os (kadra) objętych wsparciem w celu prowadzenia edukacji w nowych LOWE-140L. os dorosłych objętych wsparciem w ramach funkcjonujących 20 LOWE-4000L. os dorosłych objętych wsparciem w ramach sesji fokusowych-96L. opracowanych diagnoz społecznych w celu uruchomienia i funkcjonowania LOWE-4L. pod. wykorzystujących TIK-1Udzielenie organom prowadzącym szkoły grantów na przygotowanie i uruchomienie ośrodków LOWE. Ośrodki LOWE będą prowadziły w środowisku lokalnym działania na rzecz aktywizacji edukacyjnej i rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych osób dorosłych, w oparciu o zasoby i potencjał szkół.Lider-Towarzystwo Amicus dośw. w organizacji i realizacji projektów na rzecz promocji i aktywizacji dorosłych w tym udzielaniu grantów.
