The aim of the project is a derivative of tasks assigned to PARP in the PARP Act in connection with the implementation of PO WER activities, i.e.: adapting education to the needs of the economy by:- including entrepreneurs who are employers in the system of identifying and forecasting qualification and professional needs on the labour market and – creating conditions for active cooperation between entrepreneurs from particular sectors of the economy with universities and entities referred to in Article 2 of the Act of 14 December 2016 Educational Law (Dz. U. of 2017, item. 59 and 949).The implementation of this goal will be initiated by appointing members of the Republic of Poland and creating conditions for its functioning (providing the facilities of organisations.-tech., staff of the content and supporting the Republic of Poland).The results of the activities of the Republic of Poland will be:1. Increase knowledge of qualifying and occupational needs in individual sectors of the economy, including 7 sectors of the economy for which the qualification needs have been identified.-Professional needs with the participation of entrepreneurs2. Identification of good practices in the field of cooperation between entrepreneurs and education units in the sector, including at least 30 awarded projects in the field of business-education cooperation3. Matching the legal system to the competence needs of entrepreneurs, including 15 initiated processes of introducing legislative changes/acts submitted for consultation (on average 2 per sector). 20 people) among others: Ministry of Economy, Education, Higher Education and Labour, social partners, entrepreneurs and business organisations, institutions of formal and non-formal education.     Cel projektu jest pochodną zadań przypisanych PARP w ustawie o PARP w związku z realizacją działań PO WER, tj.: dostosowanie kształcenia do zapotrzebowania gospodarki poprzez:- włączanie przedsiębiorców będących pracodawcami w system identyfikacji i prognozowania potrzeb kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych na rynku pracy oraz- stwarzanie warunków do aktywnej współpracy przedsiębiorców z poszczególnych sektorów gospodarki z uczelniami oraz podmiotami, o których mowa w art. 2 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2016 r. Prawo oświatowe (Dz. U. z 2017 r. poz. 59 i 949).Realizacja powyższego celu zostanie rozpoczęta poprzez powołanie Członków RP i stworzenie warunków do jej funkcjonowania (zapewnienie zaplecza organiz.-tech., personelu meryt. i wspomagającego RP).Rezultatami działań RP będą:1. Zwiększenie wiedzy o potrzebach kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych w poszczególnych sektorach gospodarki, w tym7 sektorów gospodarki, dla których zidentyfikowano potrzeby kwalifik.-zawod. przy współudziale przedsiębiorców2. Identyfikacja dobrych praktyk w zakresie współpracy przedsiębiorców z jednostkami edukacji w ujęciu branżowym, w tym min. 30 nagrodzonych przedsięwzięć z zakresu współpracy biznesu z edukacją3. Dopasowanie systemu prawa do potrzeb kompetencyjnych przedsiębiorców, w tym 15 wszczętych procesów wprowadzania zmian legislacyjnych/aktów przekazanych do konsultacji (średnio po 2 na sektor).W skład RP wejdą przedstawiciele (maks. 20 osób) m.in. resortu gospodarki, oświaty, szkolnictwa wyższego i pracy, partnerów społ., przedsiębiorców i organizacji przedsiębiorców, instytucji edukacji formalnej i pozaformalnej. Członkowie RP zostaną powołani przez ministra właściwego ds. gospodarki na wniosek Prezesa PARP, co pozwoli umiejscowić RP w porządku instytucjonalnym oraz wzmocnić jej znaczenie. (Polish)
