Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowanych w PUP Olesno jako bezrobotne, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 years without work, including people with disabilities, registered in the Olesno PUP as unemployed, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth), as defined by NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
