The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 years without work, including people with disabilities, registered in the Olesno PUP as unemployed, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth), as defined by NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowanych w PUP Olesno jako bezrobotne, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
