1) Celem gł.projektu jest przeciwdziałanie ekskluzji społecznej wśród 43 bezrobotnych Romów poprzez aktywną integrację społeczno - zawodową niezbędną w zdobyciu i utrzymaniu zatrudnienia po zakończonym udziale w projekcie. 2) Rezultaty: Liczba Romów pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 13 Liczba Romów, u których nastąpiło zwiększenie motywacji do podejmowania rozwoju zawodowego - 35 Liczba Romów, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje zawodowe po opuszczeniu programu - 35 Liczba Romów, którzy zdobyli doświadczenie zawodowe poprzez ukończenie 4-miesięcznych staży - 35 3) Uczestnikami/czkami projektu będzie 43 bezrobotnych Romów (23K, 20M) w wieku produkcyjnym 18-64 lata, zamieszk.Miasto Nowy Sącz oraz gminę Łącko. Priorytetowo będą traktowane kobiety oraz klienci pomocy społecznej i osoby z wykształceniem min. średnim. 4) Zadania: - Powołanie Grupy Konsultacyjnej oraz Asystenta ds. pracy - Indywidualne plany działania - szkolenie w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej oraz umiejętności społecznych - szkolenia zawodowe - staże zawodowe (Polish)
