| Property / summary: The main objective of the project:The ‘Roma on the labour market for Mazowieckie Roma’ implemented by the Radomskie Association of Roma Romano Waśt is the upgrading of professional skills and the activation of 95 people from Roma communities living in Mazowieckie Province.The project targets people from the age of 18, who have low skills, the unemployed and the inactive.The project will be implemented in the 16.08.2016-31.12.2018 period in an area designated as an intervention area in the framework of this competition and provides support for 95 Roma people in the form of identification of needs for participation and activation, career guidance, in the form of support for work assistant.The UP will take part in certified vocational courses and training courses tailored to the individual capacities and needs and the situation of the labour market.All UP will be targeted at work placements so that they gain professional experience and break down barriers that hinder their active participation in social and professional life.Participation in the UP project will add to and/or complement professional qualifications and gain professional experience in the workplace.This will strengthen their position in the labour market and employability. RADOMSKIE STOWARZYSZENIE ROMÓW "ROMANO WAŚT" (POMOCNA DŁOŃ)

Głównym celem projektu pn. "Romowie na rynku pracy-aktywizacja zawodowa mazowieckich Romów" realizowanego przez Radomskie Stowarzyszenie Romów Romano Waśt jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych i aktywizacja zawodowa 95 osób ze społeczności Romów zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego. Projekt skierowany jest do osób od 18 roku życia, posiadających niskie kwalifikacje, bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 16.08.2016-31.12.2018 na obszarze wskazanym jako obszar interwencji w ramach niniejszego konkursu i zakłada wsparcie dla 95 osób ze społeczności romskiej w postaci identyfikacji potrzeb zawodowo-aktywizacyjnych, poradnictwa zawodowego, jobcoachingu w postaci wsparcia asystenta ds. pracy. UP wezmą udział w certyfikowanych kursach i szkoleniach zawodowych dostosowanych do indywidualnych możliwości i potrzeb oraz sytuacji na rynku pracy. Wszyscy UP będą skierowani na staże zawodowe, dzięki czemu nabiorą doświadczenia zawodowego i przełamią bariery utrudniajace im czynny udział w życiu społeczno - zawodowym. Dzięki udziałowi w projekcie UP nabędą i/lub uzupełnią kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz zdobędą doświadczenie zawodowe w branży oferującej miejsca pracy. Dzięki temu zwiększą swoją pozycję na rynku pracy i szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia. (Polish)
