The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Abbot district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 104 participants (55 women and 49 men) out of 199 participants, including at least 39 % of disabled participants, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people up to ISCED 3. For the remaining participants not belonging to the above groups, employment efficiency was set at a minimum of 54 %. The target group of the project will be a group of 199 unemployed (99 women and 100 men) aged 18-29 years without a job, registered at the District Labour Office in Opatów as unemployed persons who do not participate in education and training (so-called. NEETs) as defined by NEETs under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, including at least 40 long-term unemployed (23 women and 17 men) and 2 disabled people (1 female and 1 male) aged 18 to 29 years eligible for support under the project. A specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. Implementation of the project will make it easier to find employment and gain new qualifications by people under the age of 29 taking part in the project. As part of the project, 168 people will be assigned to traineeships, 9 people will receive one-off funds to start their own business, 18 will be directed to training and 4 people will take up employment in the framework of intervention work.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie opatowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 104 uczestników projektu (55 kobiet i 49 mężczyzn) spośród 199 uczestników projektu, w tym co najmniej 39% uczestników niepełnosprawnych,osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. Dla pozostałych uczestników nie należących do w/w grup efektywność zatrudnieniową założono na poziomie min 54%. Grupą docelową projektu będzie grupa 199 osób bezrobotnych (99 kobiet i 100 mężczyzn) w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako osoby bezrobotne które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu ( tzw. Młodzież NEET) zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020,w tym co najmniej 40 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych (23 kobiety i 17 mężczyzn) oraz 2 osoby niepełnosprawne ( 1 kobieta i 1 mężczyzna) w wieku 18-29 lat kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem w ramach projektu . Dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Realizacja projektu w istotny sposób ułatwi znalezienie zatrudnienia oraz pozyskanie nowych kwalifikacji przez osoby do 29 roku życia, biorące udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu 168 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu, 9 osób otrzyma jednorazowe środki na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej, 18 osób zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia oraz 4 osoby podejmą zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych.
