The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Tychy and the district of Bieruń-Lędzin. The project will support 351 persons registered in the PUP of Tychy under 30 years of age qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, Tychy PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Tychy i powiecie bieruńsko-lędzińskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną 351 osoby zarejestrowane w PUP Tychy poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Tychy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
