The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Myszkowski district. The project will support 515 persons registered at the County Labour Office in Myszków under the age of 30 who are assigned to the I-aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. POWIAT MYSZKOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MYSZKOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie myszkowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 515 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Myszkowie poniżej 30 roku życia zakfalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni ) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagających wsparcia ). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywiazcji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
