Projekt "Łap wiatr w żagle" skierowany jest do64 uczniów szkół pod.ido 20 rodziców/opiekunów prawnych,którymzostanie udzielone wsparcie, w postaci warsztatów, poruszających tematykę związaną min. z rynkiem gospodarczym,przedsiębiorczością,komunikacją interpersonalnej, budowaniem zespołów, nabywaniem kompetencji społeczno-wychowawczych.W sumie, każdy z uczestników/uczniowie/, w ciągu 6 miesięcy przejdzie24 godzinny blok warsztatowy.Rodziceodbędą dwa3h warsztaty podnoszące ich kompetencje społ.-wych.Zajęciabędą realizowane w siedzibie AMG.Ideą proj. jestpodniesienie kompetencji i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy m.in. pracy zespołowej /KD6/ - młodzież zostanie zapoznana z koncepcjami organizacji pracy zespoł., jej istotą,mechanizmem tworzeniaefektywnych zespołów i ich znaczeniem, kreatywności /KD6/- uczniowie nauczą się tworzyć nowe idee, koncepcje, powiązania z istniejącymi już ideami i koncepcjami związanymi z ekonomią i przedsiębiorczością; dzięki nauce kreatywnego myślenia uzyskają zdolność tworzenia oryginalnych i innowacyjnych rozwiązań problemów, przedsiębiorczości /KD6/- uczniowie dowiedzą się czym jest przedsiębiorczość i dlaczego odgrywa ona kluczową rolę na świecie, krytycznego myślenia /KD6/ - uczniowie poznając i wykorzystując odpowiednie metody i narzędzia nauczą się rozumieć pojęcia racjonalności, niepewności i ryzyka podmiotów rynkowych, rozwiązywania problemów /KD6/- nauczą się doskonalić umiejętności interpersonalne i społ.Realizacja projektu /w postaci przygotowanych programów kształcenia /KD5/ i warsztatów/ przyczyni się u beneficjentów do rozbudzenia ich ciekawości poznawczej /KD5/, stymulowania intelektualnego, aksjologicznego i społecznego rozwoju /KD5/, twórczego myślenia i rozwijania zainteresowań i pasji /KD5/, zapoznania ze środowiskiem, akademickim i uczelnią jako miejscem naukowego oglądu rzeczywistości /KD5/, propagowania kultury innowacyjności /KD5/.
