The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Chojnicka. The main result of the project will be the employment of 116 people (70K, 46M) registered at the PUP in Chojnice. The project will include people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or assistance profile II (so-called unemployed people requiring support). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Chojnice will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie chojnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 116 osób (70K, 46M) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Chojnicach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objete zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Chojnicach realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
