Projekt polega na wypracowaniu przez partnerstwo zestawu rekomendacji dla instytucji rynku pracy województwa mazowieckiego. Propozycje działań obejmują sposoby dotarcia do jak najszerszej liczby osób młodych w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy oraz efektywne metody wspierania tych osób. W skład zestawu rekomendacji wejdą również propozycje kryteriów konkursowych, które przyczynią się do zwiększenia zakresu i trafności oferty aktywizacyjnej. Zostanie przygotowany zestaw propozycji działań dla zapewnienia trwałości rezultatów projektu i dalszego działania partnerstwa, po okresie realizacji projektu. Dopuszcza się możliwość przygotowania dodatkowych rekomendacji odnoszących się do innych zidentyfikowanych ważnych aspektów wsparcia osó młodych. Partnerstwo, które powstanie w celu wypracownia zestawu rekomendacji dla mazowieckich IRP, będzie obejmowało przedstawicieli instytucji rynku pracy, podmiotów funkcjonujących w systemie edukacji, pracodawców, instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej oraz zajmujących się młodzieżą. Punktem wyjścia dla przygotowania rekomendacji będzie analiza oparta o obowiązujące dokumenty, strategie i programy, w tym Plan realizacji Gwarancji dla młodzieży w Polsce. Zostanie również przeprowadzona diagnoza dotychczas zrealizowanej pomocy dla ludzi młodych. Wstępna wersja rekomendacji zostanie poddana weryfikacji przez grupę 50 instytucji rynku pracy, co dodatkowo wzmocni użyteczność i skuteczność propozycji. Ostateczna wersja rekomendacji zostanie opracowana w wersji drukowanej i elektronicznej i będzie dostępna dla wszystkich instytucji rynku pracy w województwie mazowieckim. Przebieg prac nad opracowaniem rekomendacji, wypracowane rezultaty, w tym końcową wersję zestawu rekomendacji będzie można śledzić na specjalnie utworzonej platformie internetowej. Również po zakonczeniu projektu będzie ona wykorzystana do wspólnych działań na rzecz wsparcia osób młodych. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 02 (Polish)

The project consists of developing a set of recommendations for labour market institutions of Mazowieckie voivodship by the partnership. The proposals for action include ways of reaching the widest possible number of young people in particularly difficult labour market situations and effective methods of supporting them. The set of recommendations will also include proposals for competition criteria, which will help to increase the scope and relevance of the activation offer. A set of action proposals will be prepared to ensure the sustainability of the project results and the further operation of the partnership after the project period. Additional recommendations for other identified important aspects of support for young people may be prepared. The partnership, which will be created to develop a set of recommendations for the Mazovian IRP, will include representatives of labour market institutions, entities operating in the education system, employers, institutions of assistance and social inclusion, as well as those dealing with youth. The starting point for preparing the recommendations will be an analysis based on existing documents, strategies and programmes, including the Implementation Plan of the Youth Guarantee in Poland. There will also be a diagnosis of assistance to young people so far implemented. The initial version of the recommendation will be reviewed by a group of 50 labour market institutions, which will further strengthen the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposal. The final version of the recommendation will be prepared in a printed and electronic version and will be available to all labour market institutions in the Mazowieckie voivodship. The course of work on the development of recommendations, developed results, including the final version of the recommendation set will be possible to follow on a specially created web platform. Also after the completion of the project, it will be used for joint actions to support young people. The project will be implemented in the period 02 (English)
