The aim of the project is to raise the competencies of 220 students of the Helena Chodkowska Technical and Commercial University (including 66 women and 154 men) by providing high quality support in the field of professional guidance, setting up their own business and entrepreneurial attitudes. Support in the project will be implemented by employees of the Academic Career Office (ABK) UTH. The project will be implemented by:Services in the field of vocational guidance – Individual career guidanceServices in the field of setting up their own economic activityServices in the field of entrepreneurial attitudes – group workshops The support obtained directly translates into increasing the chances of a project participant to find employment after graduation. In order to verify the needs of support participants before starting counselling, a competence study will be carried out. At the end of participation in the project, the Competence Study will be repeated to check whether the support offered in the project has led to an increase in the competences of students. In order to implement the offered support, the ABK UTH project will create an additional job as a professional advisor (a worker meeting the criteria set by the NCBiR). In addition, the project also includes support for ABK employees in the form of trainings and courses. Each of the two ABK employees (including a newly employed person) will undergo 4 trainings in the field of professional consulting methods and techniques, effective working methods with the customer, customer motivation and proactive methods and techniques of conducting group workshops (Educators School). The project will monitor the fate of graduates who were participants in the project. The research will be carried out 6 months after graduation and aims to obtain information on the current professional situation of graduates on the labour market, including the compatibility of employment with the profile and level of education (English)

    Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji 220 studentów Uczelni Techniczno-Handlowej im. Heleny Chodkowskiej (w tym 66 kobiet i 154 mężczyzn) poprzez zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wsparcia w zakresie poradnictwa zawodowego, zakładania własnej działalności gospodarczej oraz postaw przedsiębiorczych. Wsparcie w projekcie realizowane będzie przez pracowników Akademickiego Biura Karier (ABK) UTH. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną:Usługi w zakresie poradnictwa zawodowego - Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodoweUsługi w zakresie zakładania własnej działalności gospodarczejUsługi w zakresie postaw przedsiębiorczych - warsztaty grupowe Uzyskane wsparcie bezpośrednio przełoży się na zwiększenie szans uczestnika projektu na znalezienie zatrudnienia po zakończeniu studiów. Celem zweryfikowania potrzeb uczestników wsparcia przed rozpoczęciem poradnictwa zostanie przeprowadzone badanie kompetencji. Na zakończenie udziału w projekcie badanie kompetencji zostanie powtórzone, by sprawdzić, czy zaoferowane w projekcie wsparcie doprowadziło do podniesienia kompetencji studentów. Aby możliwa była realizacja zaoferowanego wsparcia, w ramach projektu w ABK UTH utworzone zostanie dodatkowe stanowisko doradcy zawodowego (pracownik spełniający kryteria określone przez NCBiR). Dodatkowo w ramach projektu zaplanowano także wsparcie dla pracowników ABK w postaci szkoleń i kursów. Każdy z dwóch pracowników ABK (w tym nowozatrudniona osoba) przejdzie 4 szkolenia z zakresu metod i technik prowadzenia doradztwa zawod, skutecznych metod pracy z klientem, motywowania klienta oraz proaktywnych metod i technik prowadzenia warsztatów grupowych (Szkoła Trenerów). W ramach projektu monitorowane będą losy absolwentów, którzy byli uczestnikami projektu. Badania realizowane będą  6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia i mają na celu uzyskanie informacji na temat aktualnej sytuacji zawodowej absolwentów na rynku pracy, w tym zgodności zatrudnienia z profilem i poziomem wykszta (Polish)
