The aim of the project is to equip managers and employees of enterprises with the necessary competences to manage change. academic participants raise the knowledge and skills that stimulate their behaviour to create, implement and manage innovation from the development of new ideas and their verification through sales, by means of improvement to the creation of further new solutions. At least 5 of the Academy’s (including pilots) are planned to be carried out, under which 1100 employees of enterprises will be supported, including no more than 275 large companies. The Academy participants, 990 employees, including 247 large companies and at least 743 employees of SMEs in the SME sector will increase the competences of the innovative processes.
