Projekt jest komplementarnym wsparciem o zindywiduali.charakterze odpowiada.na sprecyzowane potrzeby 40UP należących do NEET.Działania w ramach Proj.rozpoczną się rekrutacją UP,której celem będzie wyłonienie grupy najbardziej potrzebującej i jednocz.najbar.zmotywowanej do zmiany swojej sytuacji zaw.,które wezmą udział w projekcie.Ważnym elementem rekrutacji będzie potwierdze.przez UP możliwości udziału w programie.W ramach identyfikacji potrzeb u 100%UP zostaną diagnoz.ich możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zaw.oraz określony stopień oddalenia od rynku pracy.Następnie podczas indywidualnego poradnictwa zaw. i grupowego poradnictwa zaw. u 40UP zostanie zaplanowany rozwój kariery zaw.UP, uwzględ.podnoszenie lub uzupełn.kompetencji i kwalifi.zaw.Uzyskane na tym etapie wsparcie pozwoli na rozwinięcie umiejętności społeczn u UP.Kolejnym wsparciem jakie otrzymają UP będą szkolenia zaw.zgodne z określoną w poradnictwie zaw.ścieżką rozwoju.Planowana jest realizacja następujących szkoleń,mających charakter szkoleń praktycznych podbudowanych zajęciami teoret.,kończących się egzaminami zew.certyfikującymi ukończenie szkolenia:Spawacz metodą TIG-112h,egz.Instytutu Spawalnictwa w Gliwicach-10os.,Komputerowe wspomaganie prac biurowych-102h,egz.Microsoft-10os.,Komputerowe wspomaganie projektowania AutoCAD-108h,egz Autodesk(międzynarodowy)-10os.Podniesionie kwalifikacje zaw.pozwolą na zdobycie doświad.zaw.podczas staży(zgodnych z profilem szkolenia),trwających 3m-ce.
