Celem głównym projektu jest "Podniesienie konkurencyjności zawodowej na rynku pracy 150 uczestników projektu zam. woj. podkarpackie poprzez wyposażenie ich w kwalifikacje/kompetencje zawodowe dostosowane do potrzeb rynku pracy do 30.06.2021 r".Cele szczegółowe:-uzyskanie kwalifikacji/kompetencji zawodowych zbieżnych z potrzebami rynku pracy przez 150 uczestników do 30.06.2021r,- nabycie wiedzy z zakresu poruszania się po rynku pracy przez 150 uczestników projektu do 30.06.2021r.Główne rezultaty:-Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 80os- Kryterium efektywności zawodowej w przypadku osób pracujących - 27%-Liczba osób, które podniosły wiedzę z zakresu poruszania się po rynku pracy -140os.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby młode, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat należące do jednej z następujących grup osób:-tzw. ubodzy pracujący,-zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych-pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych (UCP),zgodnie z definicjami zwartymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020 z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1. Uczestnicy projektu będą zamieszkiwali na terenie woj. podkarpackiego (WP) (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego). Zadania:1. Opracowanie IPD i poradnictwo grupowe2. Szkolenia zawodowe (Polish)
