Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności zawodowej 100 uczestników projektu z terenu woj. podkarpackiego poprzez wyposażenie ich w kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz doświadczenie zawodowe do 31.08.2021 r.Do celów szczegółowych należy zaliczyć:- zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy przez 100 uczestników do 31.08.2021r,- zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 100 uczestników do 31.08.2021r.Główne cele projektu:- Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 40- Kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3)) - 42%-Kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - 57%Grupę docelową projektów stanowią osoby młode, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat, pozostające bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. osoby z kategorii NEET) z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1. Uczestnikami projektu będą wyłącznie osoby bierne zawodowo.
