Celem głównym projektu jest zmiana organizacji pracy Mgops poprzez wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracyadministracyjnej od świadczenia pracy socjalnej do 31.10.2019r.Realizacja celu głównego projektu polegać będzie na wdrożeniu zmian w organizacji pracy MGOPS poprzez wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnychpolegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od świadczenia pracy socjalnej oraz usług a w rezultacie zwiększenie efektywności ośrodka pomocyspołecznej w obszarze świadczenia pracy socjalnej oraz usług pomocy i integracji społecznej, co przyczyni się do poprawy wspierania osób w przezwyciężaniutrudnej sytuacji, w której się znalazły.Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu: Oddzielenie zadań związanych z prowadzeniem postępowania administracyjnego odwykonywania pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych i zwiększenie profesjonalizmu pracowników socjalnych i poprawa jakości świadczonych usług.Główne zadania:1. Działania przygotowawcze do wprowadzenia zmian w funkcjonowaniu Mgops2. Wprowadzanie zmian wdrażających nowy model funkcjonowania Mgops3.Przygotowanie i zapewnienie infrastruktury Mgops do realizacji zadania4.
