In the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Ostrów Wielkopolski, the following teams will be separated as part of the MOPS Departments: 1. First contact team consisting of 3 social workers 2. The main result of the changes will be the separation of the social work provided to improve the situation of MOPS customer and the benefits granted by the decision. This will allow you to focus on the situation of the customer, its problems, but also on the needs and expectations. The aim of the changes is to improve the effectiveness of the social assistance system by matching the real needs and opportunities of the supported persons and families. These changes will have a more mobilising and active effect on the attitudes of these people, improve the sense of conduct in their lives and their willingness to actively participate in public life. The proposed solutions also address the most serious social problems, such as: poverty, unemployment, ageing populations and the growing deintegration of social groups. The effects of the provision of extended social work will be, among other things, preventing the emergence and deepening of adverse social phenomena that may disrupt the proper functioning of persons and families. A social worker in the framework of social work will act as a preventive social backing. W Miejskim Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej w Ostrowie Wielkopolskim w ramach pracy Działów MOPS zostaną wyodrębnionione następujące zespoły: 1. Zespół do spraw pierwszego kontaktu składający się z 3 pracowników socjalnych 2. Zespół do spraw świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją składający się z 19 pracowników socjalnych 3. Zespół do spraw pracy socjalnej składający się z 8 pracowników socjalnych 4. Zespół do spraw usług opiekuńczych, w tym specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych 5. Zespół do spraw wspracia rodziny z poradnictwem 6. Zespół do spraw rozliczania świadczeń. Głównym rezultatem wprowadzonych zmian będzie oddzielenie pracy socjalnej świadczonej na rzecz poprawy sytuacji klienta MOPS od świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją. Pozwoli to na skoncentrowanie się na sytuacji klienta, jego problemach, ale także na potrzebach i oczekiwaniach. Celem wprowadzonych zmian jest podniesienie efektywności systemu pomocy społecznej poprzez dopasowanie działań do rzeczywistych potrzeb oraz możliwości osób i rodzin objętych wsparciem. Zmiany te wpłyną bardziej mobilizująco i aktywizująco na postawy tych osób, poprawią poczucie sprawstwa w swoim życiu oraz gotowość do aktywnego udziału klientów w życiu publicznym. Proponowane rozwiązania wychodzą także naprzeciw najpoważniejszym problemom społecznym, takim jak: ubóstwo, bezrobocie, starzenie się populacji oraz pogłębiająca się deintegracja grup społecznych. Efektami świadczenia rozszerzonej pracy socjalnej będzie m. in. zapobieganie powstawaniu i pogłębianiu niekorzystnych zjawisk społecznych, które zakłócić mogą prawidłowe funkcjonowanie osób i rodzin. Pracownik socjalny w ramach pracy socjalnej będzie pełnił funkcję prewencyjnego oparcia społecznego. Powyższa reorganizacja pozwoli na lepszą współpracę, pomiędzy poszczególnymi zespołami, co pozwoli na objęcie klienta kompleksowym wsparciem. (Polish)
