Draft prepared and implemented by the lFR — Institution of Social Dialogue and Training.PROJECT OBJECTIVE:The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for 52 (22 K) for young people up to 29, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the district orartów, by providing them with comprehensive support for advice and training and enabling them to gain professional experience by participating in the 4-month traineeship up to 31.12.2017.AUDIENCE:The target group consists of 52 (22 K) of the target audience, including those with disabilities aged 15-29, who do not participate in education and training, which are not in education and training (NEETs), with the exception of the group defined for the PKR 1.3.1.80 % of the target group will be inactive, the remaining part, i.e.20 % of the unemployed (including the long-term) who are not registered at the labour offices (covered.ACCESS NO 1).Preference includes types of proj.1,2 and 3 (CRITERION ACCESS No 5).FORMS OF SUPPORT:(1) Support for the individualisation of support and assistance for the determination of the pathway of public education, including individual occupational counselling (IPDs), group workshops and the placement of work 2) vocational training courses which raise or supplement qualifications and competences, i.e. (a) Clearing the working time of the driver with ECDL (b) Skoverdose/conversion with ECDL (ECDL) storage vehicle/KA with 1 kV e) Operator/Building equipment Operator/Building equipment 3) 4-monthly remunerated employment placements for employers of 38 years UP (19K) after leaving the programme (orifice.Access No 6) Period of implementation of 14 months (krill.No 10).The cost per OP does not exceed PLN 14000,00.(KRILL.No 9).     Projekt przygotowany i realizowany przez LFR - instytucja dialogu społecznego i szkoleniowa. CEL PROJEKTU: Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 52 (22 K) os. młodych do 29 r.ż. bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) z terenu powiatu lubartowskiego poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem doradczo - szkoleniowym oraz umożliwienie im zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego poprzez udział w 4-miesięcznym stażu osiągnięty do 31.12.2017r. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowią 52 (22 K) os. młode, w tym niepełnosprawne w wieku 15-29 lat bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET, z wył. grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 - zg. z zapisami SzOOP. 80% grupy docelowej będą stanowiły os. bierne zawodowo, pozostałą część tj. 20% os. bezrobotne (w tym długotrwale) niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy (KRYT. DOSTĘPU NR 1). Proj. obejmuje typy proj. 1,2 i 3 (KRYTERIUM DOSTĘPU NR 5). FORMY WSPARCIA: 1) Usługi służące indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki eduakcyjnej, w tym indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe(IPD), warsztaty grupowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy 2) Szkolenia zawodowe podnoszące lub uzupełniające kwalifikacje i kompetencje tj. a) Rozliczanie czasu pracy kierowcy z egz. ECDL b) Sprzedawca/czyni z egz. ECDL c) Magazynier/ka z uprawnieniami na obsługę wózków jezdniowych d) Konserwator - pracownik utrzymania zieleni z upr SEp do 1 kV e) Operator/ka sprzętu budowlanego 3) 4-miesięczne płatne staże u pracodawców ZAKŁADANE REZULTATY 38 UP(19K) poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu (KRYT. DOSTĘPU NR 6)  Okres realizacji 14 miesięcy (KRYT. DOST. nr 10). Koszt przypadający na jednego UP nie przekracza 14000,00PLN. (KRYT. DOST. nr 9). (Polish)
