Support pathway (on the basis of experience and available analyses for young people): — IPD,and assistance of coach(as in justified cases of the TZW trainer)in the course of the entire path -complementation of education and vocational courses.(qualifications and competences or preparation for taking up activities-part of courses within the framework of school vouchers.) -planned professional internships on average of 3 m(outside.gosp.)-including part of internship vouchers – preparation of candidates for effective transition of the recruitment and employment process. The recruitment system will be based primarily on direct contacts, so as to reach people who remain inactive. The support path provides for a number of actions to be implemented in the NEET group, i.e. support aimed at strengthening self-esteem and acquisition of mobility skills and functions in the labour market (e.g.coaching, TZW trainer). Participants will receive professional courses responding to the demand of employers (employee market monitoring worker). Some of the participants will be directed to an internship (or actively look for the employer and implement the internship voucher).The internship will be an opportunity to present their skills to the employer, so as to encourage him to work after his/her completion. Celem proj.jest:Przygotowanie do wejścia na rynek pracy 450 osób(239K i 211M) młodych(15-29 lat),biernych zawod.z subregionu KOM do XII.2020 r. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zestaw działań mających na celu przygot.mentalne i kompetencyjne kandydata do uzyskania zatrudnienia. Ścieżka wsparcia (na podst. doświadczenia i dostępnych analiz dotyczących osób młodych): - IPD,oraz pomoc coacha(a w uzasadnionych przypadkach trenera TZW)w ciągu realizacji całej ścieżki -uzupełnienie kształcenia oraz kursy zawod.(kwalifikacje i kompetencje lub przygotowanie do podjęcia działalności-część kursów w ramach bonów szkol.) -zaplanowano staże zawod.w wymiarze średnio 3 m-cy(poza dział.gosp.)-w tym część w ramach bonów stażowych -przygotowanie kandydatów do skutecznego przejścia procesu rekrutacji i odnajdywania się w środowisku pracy-dla 100% BO - pośrednik pracy(w tym oferty dla BO) Osateczna ściżka-na podst.IPD. System rekrutacji oparty będzie przede wszystkim o kontakty bezpośrednie,tak,aby dotrzeć do osób,które pozostają bierne zawod. Ścieżka wsparcia przewiduje szereg działań koniecznych do realizacji w grupie osósb NEET tj. wsparcia nakierowanego na wzmocnienie poczucia własnej wartości i nabycia umiejętności poruszania się i funkcj.na rynku pracy(m.in.coaching,trener TZW). Uczestnicy otrzymają kursy zawod.odpowiadające na zapotrzebowanie pracodawców(zatrudniony pracownik ds.monitorowania rynku). Część z uczestników zostanie skierowana na staż(lub sama aktywnie wyszuka pracodawcę i zrealizuje bon stażowy).Staż będzie okazją do zaprezentowania swoich umiejętności przed pracodawcą, tak,aby zachęcić go do zatrudnienia po jego zakończeniu.
