The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to 29 years of age who are unemployed in the complaining district. The project will support young people aged 18-29 who are registered at the District Labour Office in Skarżysko-Kamienna as unemployed, belonging to the I or II profile of aid, who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), as defined by the NEET category in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020 (POWER). The project’s target group is 558 unemployed (285 K and 273 M) according to the above provisions. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the determination of the profile, preparation of the Individual Action Plan. The main activities of professional activation aimed at the participants of the project and aiming at achieving the objective will be: vocational counseling and placement services, internship vouchers, internships, employment vouchers, settlement vouchers, employer’s social security contributions due from the employer for unemployed people up to the age of 30 who take up employment for the first time in their lives, training in training vouchers and tripartite training contracts and granting one-off funds for starting a business. We assume that all these forms of support will create favourable conditions for alleviating the situation of young people on the labour market and will be a real help in finding work. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie skarżyskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat, zrejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Skarżysku-Kamiennej jako bezrobotne, należące do I lub II profilu pomocy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020 (POWER). Przewidywana grupa docelowa projektu wynosi 558 osób bezrobotnych (285 K i 273 M) zgodnie z powyższymi zapisami. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi ustalenie profilu, przygotowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Głównymi działaniami aktywizacji zawodowej skierowanymi do uczestników projektu oraz zmierzającymi do osiągnięcia założonego celu będą: usługi poradnictwa zawodowego i pośrednictwa pracy, bony stażowe, staże, bony zatrudnieniowe, bony na zasiedlenie, refundacje pracodawcy składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne należne od pracodawcy za skierowanych do pracy bezrobotnych do 30 roku życia, którzy podejmują zatrudnienie po raz pierwszy w życiu, szkolenia w ramach bonów szkoleniowych oraz trójstronnych umów szkoleniowych oraz przyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Zakładamy, iż wszystkie wymienione formy wsparcia stworzą sprzyjające warunki dla złagodzenia sytuacji ludzi młodych na rynku pracy oraz będą realną pomocą w znalezieniu przez nich pracy. (Polish)
