Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie opatowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 203 uczestników projektu( 93 kobiety i 110 mężczyzn), w tym - co najmniej 25 % uczestników niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 35% uczestników projektu będących osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi - co najmniej 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych Grupą docelową projektu będzie grupa 450 osób bezrobotnych ( 206 kobiet i 244 mężczyzn) w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako bezrobotne ( należące do I lub II profilu pomocy) które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu ( tzw. Młodzież NEET) zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020,w tym co najmniej 4 osoby niepełnosprawne( 2 kobiety i 2 mężczyzn) oraz 289 osoby ( 137 kobiet i 152 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych w wieku 18-29 lat kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem w ramach projektu (należących do I lub II profilu pomocy). Dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Realizacja projektu j w istotny sposób ułatwi znalezienie zatrudnienia oraz pozyskanie nowych kwalifikacji przez osoby do 29 roku życia, biorące udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu 430 osób zostanie skierowane do odbycia stażu, 8 osób otrzyma jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz 12 osób zostanie skierowane na szkolenia. (Polish)

The main result of the project will be the employment of 203 participants (93 women and 110 men), of which at least 25 % of disabled participants – at least 35 % of the long-term unemployed – at least 36 % of the low-skilled participants – at least 43 % of the participants not eligible for any of the above-mentioned target groups The target group of 450 unemployed (206 women and 244 men) aged 18-29 years without employment, registered in the District Labour Office and/or in the Labour Office in the District, will be employed by 203 participants (93 women and 110 men), including at least 25 % of disabled participants, at least 35 % of the project participants who are long-term unemployed – at least 36 % of low-skilled participants – at least 43 % of those not eligible for any of the above-mentioned target groups. NEETs) as defined by NEETs under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, including at least 4 disabled persons(2 women and 2 men) and 289 people (137 women and 152 men) long-term unemployed aged 18-29 years eligible for support under the project (members of the I or II aid profile). A specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. The implementation of the project will significantly facilitate the finding of employment and the acquisition of new qualifications by people under the age of 29 participating in the project. Within the framework of the project, 430 people will be directed to traineeship, 8 people will receive one-off funds for starting a business activity and 12 people will be directed to training.
