Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrud. os. młodych do 29 r.ż.bez pracy, w tym w szczególności os.które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu(tzw.młodzież NEET)w powiecie olsztyń.Gł. rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez 30% osób dł. bezrobotnych, 12%os.z niepełnos.,43% os.o niskich kwalif.,38% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z pow. wymienionych grup zarejestrowanych w UPPO.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną os.do29 r.ż (dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy).W ramach projektu,dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw.poprzedzi analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji i problemów zaw.danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom.zatrud(...).Uczestnikami projektu są 640 os.młode do 29r.ż.. bez pracy,w tym os.z niepełnosp.,zarejestrowane wUPPOjako bezrobotne(dla których został ustalony I lubIIprofil pomocy),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu(tzw. młodzieżNEET),zgodnie z def.osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w POWER 2014-2020.Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to:staże dla 428os.,bony szkoleniowe dla 16os, bony na zasied. dla 69 os.oraz dof.na podjęcie dział.gosp.dla69os.,dla 57 os. szkolenia(indywidualne).Okres realizacji projektu01.01.2017r.-31.12.2018r.Na podstawie doświadczeń w realizacji projektów w poprzednich latach przyjęto szacunkową wartość docelową wskaźników rezultatu w wysokościach określonych we wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu w 2016 r.(POWER II).Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z kryteriami dostępu określonymi w Rocznym Planie Działania na 2017 rok.
