    Celem projektu jest analiza wykonywanych przez poszczególnych pracowników IK UP zadań, poszerzenie ich umiejętności, zwiększenie motywacji oraz zaangażowania. Realizowanie planów rozwoju zawodowego zapewni wysoko wykwalifikowanych pracowników Departamentu i zagwarantuję realizację przypisanych im zadań z zakresu koordynacji, zarządzania, monitorowania oraz kontroli. Wniosek ma charakter ramowy i obejmuje następujące komponenty: szkolenia krajowe i zagraniczne pracowników DSR, warsztaty, treningi, seminaria, wizyty studyjne oraz inne formy kształcenia. (Polish)
