The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Krosno County and Krosno. The main result of the project will be the employment of 456 people registered with PUP Krosno. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP Krosno will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. employment intermediation, vocational guidance, training, traineeships, measures for taking up economic activity, vouchers for settlement. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie krośnieńskim i mieście Krośnie. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 456 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Krosno. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Krosno realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia, staże, środki na podjęciedziałalności gospodarczej, bony na zasiedlenie.
