The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Miechów County. The Authority plans to achieve an employment efficiency ratio among traineeships, intervention work and settlement vouchers of 43 %. In addition, 57 unemployed people will benefit from one-off measures to start a business, which they will be interested in for a period of at least 12 months.The project will include people under 30 years of age qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or support profile II (so-called “requiring support”).As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie miechowskim. Urząd planujeosiągnąć wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej wśród uczestników objętych stażami, pracami interwencyjnymi i bonami na zasiedlenie na poziomie 43%. Ponadto 57 osób bezrobotne skorzystają z jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, którą zainteresowani będą prowadzić przez okres co najmniej 12 miesięcy.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowaw Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
