The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 218 people (K-101, M-117) of young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Brest region. The main result of the project will be: — taking up employment by at least 17 % of disabled project participants – taking up employment by at least 35 % of long-term unemployed project participants – taking up employment by at least 48 % of low-skilled project participants – taking up employment by at least 43 % of project participants (excluding disabled, long-term unemployed, and low-skilled) within a period of up to three months following the date on which they completed their participation in the project. The project will support people under the age of 29, who are not in education or training (NEETs) qualified for aid profiles I (active unemployed) or aid profile II (unemployment requiring support). As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation (in the form of traineeships or trainings or grants or intervention work), will precede an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the individual project participant – elaboration (possibly modification) of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, the Office will apply appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 218 osób (K-101, M-117) młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Powiecie brzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie : - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 17% niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestników projektu - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 48% uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 43% uczestników projektu ( z wyłączeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, i o niskich kwalifikacjach) w okresie do trzech miesięcy następującym po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby do 29 roku życia , nie kształcące się i nie szkolące ( tzw. młodzież NEET) zakwalifikowana do profili pomocy I ( bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej ( w postaci staży lub szkoleń lub dotacji lub pracy interwencyjnej), poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych poszczególnego uczestnika projektu- opracowanie ( ewentualnie zmodyfikowanie) Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie urząd stosował będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)
