The elaboration will be commissioned to an advisory company, which we have chosen as a result of the tender procedure. The advisory service shall include at least: analysis of the company’s export possibilities by examining the company’s products and assessing the company’s competitive position on foreign markets; examination of foreign markets and identification of target markets and honouring them, as well as identification of potential counterparties on foreign markets; the concept of entering the foreign market together with a projection of the possibility of selling on a selected foreign market; identification of the most effective marketing and promotional tools and methods (including identification of trade events or directions of trade missions); recommendations in the field of reorganisation of the enterprise and preparation for export activities (in the field of organisation of production, marketing and promotion, trade and pricing policy, export department, logistics, etc. proposals for possible sources of external financing for export activities and financial instruments reducing export risk (export credits, guarantee and guarantee funds, grant fund, forward transactions). Opracowanie zostanie zlecone firmie doradczej, którą wybraliśmy w wyniku przeprowadzonego postępowania ofertowego.
