The company VITO POLSKA is a Polish manufacturer of windows which has been active on the national market for more than 19 years.The company has its own line of PCV windows known as Tisser.The company specialises in trade in builders’ joinery.The steady increase in sales in western markets of foreign markets and the growing interest in the joinery sector have led to the company having decided to strengthen its position outside Poland by developing its product exports on the Austrian market, where the applicant has not carried out export activities so far.The execution of business model research was entrusted to ROEX sp. z o.o. and was stable in the period July-August 2018. the model was revised and updated in April 2019. the way the work that led to the business model was prepared was based on:market observations, cross-domain (international) analysis, analytical methods and portfolio methods have been used.The external company made an assessment of the macro-environment, together with an analysis of its various elements.In the light of the above, it has been decided that the target market will be Austria and that export products — the windows of the new technology:Tisser Osmoke, Tisser Nexus and Tisser Eco.When choosing the market, cultural, economic, geographical and legal factors were also analysed.The main tasks of this project are:— participation in a foreign fair as an exhibitor, — the purchase of advisory services linked to the preparation for the implementation of a new business model linked to the internationalisation of activities, i.e. the search, selection and subsequent contacts with foreign partners, and the involvement of the interested party in the trade negotiations;preparation of the product on the market, acquisition of IT software, IT systems and advisory services.     Firma VITO POLSKA jest polskim producentem okien, który działa na krajowym rynku od ponad 19 lat. Firma posiada własną linię okien PCV pod nazwą TISSER. Przedsiębiorstwo specjalizuje się w handlu wyrobami stolarki otworowej. Stały wzrost sprzedaży na zachodnich rynkach zagranicznych jak i rosnące zainteresowanie branżą stolarki otworowej spowodowały, że firma postanowiła wzmocnić swoją pozycję poza granicami Polski poprzez rozwój eksportu swojego produktu na rynku austriackim, na którym dotychczas Wnioskodawca nie prowadził działań eksportowych. Realizacja badań nad modelem biznesowym powierzona została firmie ROEX sp. z o.o. i trwała w okresie lipiec-sierpień 2018 r. Model został zweryfikowany i zaktualizowany w kwietniu 2019 r. Sposób przeprowadzenia prac, które doprowadziły do przygotowania modelu biznesowego opierał się na: obserwacji rynku, analizie segmentacyjnej (międzynarodowej)- zastosowano metody analityczne oraz metody portfelowe. Firma zewnętrzna dokonała oceny makrootoczenia wraz z analizą poszczególnych jej elementów. Mając na względzie powyższe, zdecydowano, że rynkiem docelowym będzie Austria, a produktami eksportowymi - okna nowej technologii: TISSER Osmose, TISSER Nexus jak i Tisser Eco. Decydując się na wybrany rynek , przeanalizowano także czynniki kulturowe, ekonomiczne, geograficzne i prawne. Do głównych zadań realizowanych w ramach niniejszego projektu należą: - udział w targach zagranicznych w roli wystawcy, - zakup usług doradczych związanych z przygotowaniem do wdrożenia nowego modelu biznesowego związanego z internacjonalizacją działalności tj. wyszukiwania, selekcji, a następnie nawiązania kontaktów z partnerami zagranicznymi i doprowadzenie zainteresowanego podmiotu do etapu negocjacji handlowych; przygotowanie produktu pod rynek, - zakup oprogramowania IT , systemów informatycznych i usług doradczych.
