The platform will be available from both web browser, mobile application, as well as technologically advanced VR (Virtual Reality) platforms. In the market of work-related services on 3D files (e.g. architects, designers) and virtual reality, the platform is distinguished by the fact that it is based on the proprietary 3D engine (developed by the Applicant), which imports, converts and displays 3D objects. A thorough analysis of current solutions and trends in these areas confirms that Megacity is a product innovation with completely new features that fill the market niche. The applicant intends to implement the following main actions: Stage I: product Development 1. Implementation of Android mobile apps 2. Implementation of the payment system and payment process Stripe, PayPal, 3. Implementation of new functionalities to the 3D editor, including the possibility of changing the background, option 4. Commencement of the first sale 5. Achieving the BEP indicator. Stage II: product sales scaling 1. Continue online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords in CPC model and cost optimisation, 2. Combination of paid campaigns and SEO activities (target 400 thousand visits), 3. Further product development and implementation of iOS 4 mobile applications.Optimisation of the purchase path of subscriptions – increase of purchase conversion, The project will be implemented in the macro-region of Eastern Poland (Lubelskie voivodship) – Lublin, ul.     Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada rozwinięcie i komercjalizację platformy służącej do kolaboracji na plikach 3D. Platforma będzie dostępna zarówno z poziomu przeglądarki webowej, aplikacji mobilnej, jak również na zaawansowanych technologicznie platformach VR (Wirtualnej Rzeczywistości). Na rynku usług związanych z pracą na plikach 3D (np. architekci, projektanci) oraz wirtualną rzeczywistością platforma wyróżnia się tym, że jest oparta o autorski silnik 3D (opracowany przez Wnioskodawcę), który importuje, konwertuje i wyświetla obiekty 3D. Dokładna analiza dostępnych obecnie rozwiązań oraz trendów w tych dziedzinach potwierdza, że Megacity jest innowacją produktową, posiadającą zupełnie nowe cechy, zapełniające niszę rynkową. Wnioskodawca zamierza zrealizować następujące główne działania: Etap I: rozwój produktu 1. Wdrożenie aplikacji mobilnych Android 2. Wdrożenie systemu i procesu płatnościowego Stripe, PayPal, 3. Wdrożenie nowych funkcjonalności do edytora 3D, w tym możliwość zmiany tła, opcji 4. Rozpoczęcie pierwszej sprzedaży 5. Osiągnięcie wskaźnika BEP. Etap II: skalowanie sprzedaży produktu 1. Kontynuacja kampanii marketingowych online na Facebooku, Google AdWords w modelu CPC i optymalizacja kosztów, 2. Połączenie kampanii płatnych i działaniami SEO (cel 400 tys. wizyt), 3. Dalszy rozwój produktu oraz wdrożenie aplikacji mobilnych iOS 4.Optymalizacja ścieżki zakupowej abonamentów - zwiększenie konwersji zakupowej, Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie makroregionu Polski Wschodniej (woj. lubelskie) - Lublin, ul.
