The aim of the project is to develop a technology and prototype device ensuring a significant increase in the quality parameters of sound playback in small rooms. The device will improve the quality parameters of sound processing using two main technologies: 1. Correction by means of digital signal processing (DSP) methods of negative impact of small-room acoustics on fidelity parameters of sound reproduction 2. The implementation of an innovative method of conversion of digital-to-analog audio signals providing higher than previously obtained technical parameters and energy efficiency Room acoustics correction will be carried out by electronic modification of the source signal through the use of advanced methods of mathematical processing of sound signals, both in phase and frequency parameters. Such implementation of the improvement of the acoustics of rooms will avoid costly and less comfortable acoustic adaptations with the help of so-called acoustic systems. In the area of digital-to-analogue conversion, the scope of research and development is to develop innovative technology of a class D digital amplifier, which will directly convert the digital recording of the sound material to a reinforced output signal that will directly control the loudspeakers. Thus, digital analog audio processing technology will implement a very innovative concept of Power DAC, i.e. direct conversion of C/A power. This solution has a number of advantages, both functionally, qualitatively and beneficially on the environment.     Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii i prototypu urządzenia zapewniającego istotne podwyższenie parametrów jakościowych odtwarzania dźwięku w małych pomieszczeniach. Urządzenie będzie realizować polepszenie parametrów jakościowych przetwarzania dźwięku przy pomocy dwóch głównych technologii: 1. Korekcja przy pomocy metod cyfrowego przetwarzania sygnałów (DSP) negatywnego wpływu akustyki małych pomieszczeń na parametry wierności reprodukcji dźwięku 2. Realizacja innowacyjnej metody konwersji cyfrowo-analogowej sygnału audio zapewniającej wyższe niż dotychczas uzyskiwane parametry techniczne oraz efektywność energetyczną Korekcja akustyki pomieszczeń będzie realizowana na drodze elektronicznej modyfikacji sygnału źródłowego poprzez wykorzystanie zaawansowanych metod matematycznego przetwarzania sygnałów dźwiękowych, zarówno w zakresie parametrów fazowych, jak i częstotliwościowych dźwięku. Taka realizacja poprawy akustyki pomieszczeń pozwoli uniknąć kosztownych oraz obniżających komfort warunków mieszkaniowych adaptacji akustycznych przy pomocy tzw. ustrojów akustycznych. W obszarze konwersji cyfrowo-analogowej zakres prac badawczo-rozwojowych zakłada opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii wzmacniacza cyfrowego klasy D, który będzie realizować bezpośrednią konwersję cyfrowego zapisu materiału dźwiękowego na wzmocniony sygnał wyjściowy, który będzie bezpośrednio sterować kolumnami głośnikowymi. Tym samym technologia przetwarzania cyfrowo analogowego audio będzie realizować bardzo innowacyjną koncepcję Power DAC czyli bezpośredniej konwersji C/A mocy. Takie rozwiązanie posiada szereg zalet zarówno od strony funkcjonalnej, jakościowej jak i korzystnego wpływu na środowisko.
