Zakup sprzętu i wyposażenia na potrzeby nowo powstałej ekspozycji stałej ma na celu rozszerzenie działalności kulturalnej Muzeum Pamięci Sybiru, udostępnienie niestosowanych dotychczas środków przekazu, a tym samym dostosowanie poziomu prezentacji zgromadzonych zbiorów do światowych standardów.
