Założeniem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu regionalnej infrastruktury kultury, a tym samym ułatwienie dostępu społeczeństwa, w tym osób niepełnosprawnych do kultury. Zostanie wdrożona nowa oferta kulturowa (koncerty - stała oferta kulturowa) oraz rozwinięta dotychczasowa, co przyczyni się do rozszerzenia struktury odbiorców m.in. o dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i będzie generować zwiększenie dostępu do kultury oraz zwiększenie kompetencji kulturowych w otoczeniu. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu prace obejmują: - Zakup wyposażenia na potrzeby działalności kulturalnej: instrumentów muzycznych niezbędnych dla prowadzenia i dalszego rozwoju działalności instytucji. Istotnym efektem zakupu nowego instrumentarium jest obniżenie kosztów związanych z ich wynajmem. - Zakup nagłośnienia sceny wraz z konsoletą foniczną i cyfrową siecią dźwiękową, a także nagłośnienie sali kameralnej oraz zakupienie nowych bezprzewodowych urządzeń radiowych (mikroporty, mikrofony). - Zakup nowoczesnego sprzętu oświetleniowego dla dużej sali widowiskowej i sali kameralnej Opery. - Wymiana systemu sterowania mechaniką sceny. - Zakup zestawu dla osób niedosłyszących. - Drobne roboty remontowe związane z poprawą infrastruktury sceny głównej, kieszeni scenicznych, zascenia i magazynu dekoracji (7,69% kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu). W wyniku realizacji projektu przewiduje się m.in. nowe koncerty, spektakle, projekty edukacyjne, wystawy i imprezy kulturalne. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of regional cultural infrastructure, thereby facilitating public access, including people with disabilities, to culture. A new cultural offer (concerts – permanent cultural offer) and developed to date will be implemented, which will contribute to the broadening of the structure of recipients, including children of preschool age, and will generate increased access to culture and increase cultural competence in the surroundings. The project’s work includes: — Purchase of equipment for cultural activities: musical instruments necessary for the conduct and further development of the institution’s activities. An important effect of purchasing a new instrumentarium is to reduce the costs associated with their rental. — Purchase of the sound stage with the audio console and digital sound network, as well as the sound of the chamber hall and purchase of new wireless radio devices (microports, microphones). — Purchase of modern lighting equipment for a large showroom and chamber hall of the Opera. — Replacement of the control system for stage mechanics. — Purchase of a set for deaf people. — Minor repair works related to the improvement of main stage infrastructure, stage pockets, stasis and decoration warehouse (7.69 % of the eligible costs of the project). As a result of the project, new concerts, performances, educational projects, exhibitions and cultural events are expected. (English)
