The aim of this project is to increase the waste water load undergoing improved treatment in the Wielkopolska Agglomeration. The implementation of the project will contribute to the fulfilment of Poland’s accession obligations in the field of waste water management and will contribute to protecting and preserving the ecological status of the Baltic waters and preventing pollution of surface water in the country. The project sets out the following specific environmental objectives: —limiting the process of transporting dangerous substances threatening the life and health of people into water and soil, by increasing throughput and level of waste water treatment in the treatment plant in Dobra Wielki; — adapting the sewage treatment plant in Dobień Wielki to the requirements of Polish and EU law, in particular to the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment; —reducing the energy intensity of the water and sewage system and thereby achieving a positive impact on climate policy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere; —improvement of efficiency, efficiency and safety of the water and sewage system. The extension and refurbishment of the EWS in Dobień Wielki will allow the acceptance of the entire load of sewage generated in the agglomeration and to adapt the treatment plant to the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC. The use of photovoltaic installations will contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Implementation of the GIS will enable efficient and efficient management of the water-channel network. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zostały wyznaczone następujące cele szczegółowe o charakterze środowiskowym: -ograniczenie procesu przedostawania się niebezpiecznych substancji zagrażających życiu i zdrowiu ludzi do wody i gleby, poprzez zwiększenie przepustowości oraz poziomu oczyszczania ścieków w oczyszczalni w Dobrzeniu Wielkim; -dostosowanie oczyszczalni ścieków w Dobrzeniu Wielki do wymogów prawa polskiego i unijnego, szczególnie do wymogów dyrektywy 91/271/EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. w sprawie oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych; -zmniejszenie energochłonności systemu wodno-ściekowego i poprzez to osiągnięcie pozytywnego wpływu na politykę klimatyczną oraz ograniczanie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery; -poprawa efektywności, sprawności i bezpieczeństwa funkcjonowania systemu wodno-ściekowego. Wdrożenie GIS umożliwi efektywne i sprawne zarządzanie siecią wod-kan. (Polish)
