The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Lublin County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: 168 most disadvantaged people (including immigrants, immigrants, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people), 119 people who are not eligible for this group. The project will include 650 people (295K,355M) less than 30 years old, registered with PUP Lublin as unemployed, qualified to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or II profile of aid (so-called “requiring support”) who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEET youth. According to the access criterion of 187 long-term unemployed persons and 9 people with disabilities will be recruited for the project. Individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation is foreseen for each project participant, which will be based on at least 3 elements of individual and comprehensive assistance. The provision of support within the project will be preceded by identification of the needs of PPO and the development or updating of the Individual Action Plan. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie lubelskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: 168 osoby należące do osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami), 119 os. nie kwalifikujących się do powyższej grupy. W ramach projektu łącznie wsparciem zostanie objętych 650 osób (295K,355M) poniżej 30 r.ż., zarejestrowanych w PUP Lublin jako bezrobotni, zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu- tzw. młodzież NEET. Zgodnie z kryterium dostępu 187 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz 9 osób niepełnosprawnych zostanie zrekrutowanych do projektu. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu przewidziana jest indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo- edukacyjna, która będzie się opierała na co najmniej 3 elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy. Udzielenie wsparcia w ramach projektu każdorazowo poprzedzone będzie identyfikacją potrzeb UP oraz opracowaniem lub aktualizacją Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Następnie zgodnie z założeniami IPD uczestnicy projektu zostaną skierowani na jedną z dostępnych w projekcie form wsparcia.:-staż 344os(228K,116M), założono możliwość przechodzenia okresu realizacji stażu na rok 2019(82os)-szkolenia 222 os (27K,195M)-jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej 46 os (20K,26M)- bony na zasiedlenie 38 os (20K,18M) (Polish)
