The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Tuchola County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by:- 42 % of the most disadvantaged people (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people);- 57 % of the most disadvantaged people.The project will support people under the age of 30 registered at the County Labour Office in Tuchola. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. vocational guidance, intermediation, traineeship, settlement voucher, intervention work, reimbursement of equipment costs or retrofitting of a job, one-off measures for starting a business. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie tucholskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez:- 42% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach);- 57% osób nienależących do osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Tucholi. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, tj. poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, staż, bon na zasiedlenie, prace interwencyjne, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.
